Three Paper Mache Trees

Moss Covered Tree

SUPPLIES & TOOLS:

• Paper mache tree cone
• Green reindeer moss
• Small pine cones
• Small wooden star
• Gold paint
• Glue

DIRECTIONS:

1. Glue moss all around cone.
2. Glue pine cones on as desired.
3. Paint wooden star gold and glue to top of tree.

Yarn Covered Tree

SUPPLIES & TOOLS:

• Paper mache tree cone
• 1 skein of green yarn (Homespun Forest)
• Small red pom-poms
• Glue
• Small wooden star
• Gold paint

DIRECTIONS:

1. Wrap yarn all around cone.
2. Glue in ends.
3. Glue on pom-poms as desired.
4. Paint wooden star gold and glue to top of tree.

Fabric Covered Tree

SUPPLIES & TOOLS:

• Paper mache tree cone
• 1 yd green & gold fabric
• Glue
• Small wooden star
• Gold paint
• Rotary cutter & mat (optional)
• Iron & ironing surface

DIRECTIONS:

1. Cut fabric into 2-1/2" strips.
2. Cut strips into 2-1/2" squares.
3. Press each square in half the in half again making a 1-1/4" square.
4. Glue squares with folded ends down all around cone.
5. Paint wooden star gold and glue to top of tree.
