It isn't matte finish
The picture makes it appear to be a matte or satin finish, so the glossy brown was disappointing. I am surprised to read all of the negative comments about assembly; my 10 year old granddaughter used the instructions in the box to assemble it on her own and had no problem. Other than the shiny paint, I'm satisfied.

A Pain To Put together!
Once it is together it is pretty sturdy and rolls well. I have several of these carts and this was without a doubt the worst to put together. The green colors isn't like the picture, it is an army green and not very pretty.

Worst cart ever
I own multiple carts from different brands so I know how to put these things together! This brand though was so horrible… the worst quality I’ve ever seen. The directions are horrible, the holes are misaligned, the nuts impede the use the of the basket… it’s just so bad. Don’t buy this. Literally buy any other three tiered cart and you’ll be thankful.

DON'T PURCHASE THIS. JUST DON'T.
This review is based on the level of assembly difficulty. It is Poorly made. Holes are misaligned, screws are hard to insert clear thru and instructions consist of nothing but mislabeled pictures. It isn't until you realize that all 3 tier trays aren't the same size, which the instructions do not indicate, that you can make traction on the assembly. The poles, trays and screw holes will be scratched during the assembly. The box this thing came in is the best part of this product.

Sturdy, Nice Cart--Somewhat Challenging to Assemble
I'm glad I got this cart, because my drawing supplies need better
organization. This cart is sturdy and has more room than I thought
it would, so that's a nice surprise. It's also taller than the description says...
maybe the box it comes in is 17 inches tall, but the cart itself is about
three feet high, once assembled. I just took a shot and hoped it'd be
bigger than they were saying, and it was. About the assembly--I know this
isn't my strong suit, so I just gave the box to a friend who IS handy at such things--
and likes doing it. She got it done, but she found it a bit frustrating on some points,
and wishes it'd had some written instructions in English to help make things
more clear (it's just pictures.) Maybe they can improve on this, in the future.
And make the screws a bit longer, my friend said. I do recommend this cart
for being very useful, pretty, (mine's pink!), and sturdy once it's set up properly.
But if you're like me and not good at assembling such things, just know that
you may need someone to help you. I really do like it, though!

Not bad
I bought this at a 50 percent discount and at that price I am very happy. Luckily I read the reviews before assembling and learned that the largest goes on the bottom and smallest on top. The instructions do not specify that. It went together easily and is sturdy. Wheels roll well. I use it for my cross stitch supplies. I would never buy this at full price as it isn't worth it. But at half it is a deal. Overall I am very happy with it.

You have to pay attention to the details
I didn't have any trouble at all putting these together (to that one person in the reviews: yes, I really did do it by myself ;) ). The trays do fit, they are three different sizes and the larger one goes on the bottom. The screws are the right size, they're designed that way, it's how acorn nuts work (maybe keep the trays in the right order to avoid any issues with the fit?). I'm temporarily in a wheelchair, so the most challenging part for me was my agility to assemble them (I bought 2), so I used boxes to assist.
The instructions are only pictures, so if you take a minute to look them over before you start, it'll make sense and will be easy to follow along.
The wheels really are whimpy and I'll probably be looking into some stem-mount swivel casters - you can buy a decent set for under 10$ from the *big* online prime store. But we shouldn't have to! Come on "Top Notch" - do better!!! Minus one star because of the wheels.
