Rated 4 out of 5 by from Bad instructions led to damaged floors, great tree bag The instructions that come with the bag are not written well and led to significant damage to our wood floors. They divide the steps between ‘thin pointed’, ‘pointed’ and ‘flat’ trunks. We have a thin pointed trunk and followed the instructions to use the disk. However we learned the hard way, our trunk was even smaller than the disk allowed for and the point of the tree slipped through and scratched our brand new floors. Had the instructions stated “measure the diameter of your pointed trunk” and/or “for pointed trunks with a diameter smaller than 1.25, use the adjustment cup” we would have realized that it’s possible our pointed trunk was too small. Our floors were brand new and we’re devastated. I can’t see any advantage to the disks and think the instructions should have all trunks use the cup. That said the size was perfect for our slender 7’ tree. The wheels roll easily and the compartments to hide the tree bag when in use look great. I recommend this product but only if you use the adjustment cup.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic Tree Storage This is, by far, the best product to store a tree. I was concerned about buying it because many of the reviews stated it took two people (and even a third would be helpful) to get the bag up the tree. Being single I would have to do it by myself. But, I had no trouble at all doing it alone. I was also concerned because I have a flocked tree and worried it would damage the flocking. But, after removing the bag to set the tree up again, I was pleased to discover that the tree had lost only a minimal amount of its flocking. I would highly recommend this storage choice for your Christmas tree. I don't have to separate the pieces of the tree for storage -- it is stored all assembled. I also added my own lights, so now I don't have to remove them to disassemble the tree for storage. The tree is stored all assembled with lights for next Christmas. What a wonderful time saver!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Ease of Use In my 70's. With a friend, quickly "bagged" the tree and moved it to storage area. Looking forward next November to a quicker positioning and fluffing of tree rather than taking compressed tree out of box and re fluffing the whole tree.
