SUPPLIES & TOOLS:

  • Pencil
  • 7/8" glitter tape
  • 3/8" glitter ribbon
  • Feather trim
  • Hot glue gun & glue sticks
  • Scissors

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Cover pencil with glitter tape. Trim any excess.
  2. Glue feather trim over eraser. Allow to dry.
  3. Glue glitter ribbon over bottom part of feather trim. Allow to dry.
