SUPPLIES & TOOLS:

Foam core X-ACTO blade Hot glue gun & glue Twig bunches Snips/shears (To cut twigs) Eucalyptus stems Wire cutters Compass or something approximate shape to trace pencil

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Using a compass or a bowl (something round), trace a circle onto the foam board with a pencil, approximately 6" in diameter. Cut the circle out with an X-ACTO blade.
  2. Freehand or use a compass or object to trace a 4" circle inside the 6" circle you just cut. Cut out the inner circle leaving a 2" ring of foam core. This will be the base of the wreath. Adjust the size as desired.
  3. Trim twigs to the desired length and hot glue them around the ring of foam core, so that they taper smaller out from the center. Leave a hole in the center.
  4. Once all the sticks are in place and covering the entire foam-core ring decorate the inner portion with eucalyptus, gluing in place with hot glue.

Craft Hack Tips and Tricks:

  • Use a hair drier to remove any hot glue strings
