SUPPLIES & TOOLS:
- 1 1/2 Cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 Teaspoon salt
- 1 Cup (2 sticks) butter
- 4 oz Unsweetened chocolate, coarsely chopped
- 2 Cups granulated sugar
- 4 Eggs
- 1 1/2 Teaspoons pure vanilla extract, 4 Oz.
- 3/4 Cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 3/4 Cup milk chocolate chips
- 3/4 Cup white chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS:
- Makes about 24 brownies.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare 13"x 9" pan with vegetable pan spray.
- In small bowl, combine flour and salt. In large microwave-safe bowl, microwave butter and chopped chocolate at half (50%) power for 60 seconds. Stir thoroughly. Continue to microwave and stir at 30 second intervals until smooth and completely melted. Stir in sugar, eggs and vanilla; mix well. Add flour mixture; stir until just combined. Stir in chips. Spread into prepared pan.
- Bake 25-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out almost clean. Cool brownies completely in pan on cooling grid.
