SUPPLIES & TOOLS:
- Glass Containers, Various Shapes and Sizes (openings not larger than 4")
- Pink Spray Paint
- Light Purple Spray Paint
- Gold Spray Paint
- Copper Spray Paint
- Blush Spray Paint
- Ventilated Spraying Area
- Large Recycled Cardboard Boxes
- Fine Grit Sandpaper
DIRECTIONS:
- When spray painting, pick a clean area, light humidity, low wind if possible.
- Start by placing the glass containers upside down inside the large cardboard boxes. This helps to not waste paint.
- Spray a light coat all the way around the container. Let it dry for about 30 minutes and then spray another coat making sure you have covered the base of the container. If possible, let it dry overnight.
- Turn the containers over and repeat the spraying process. You will overlap some of the base coat, but that is okay. Then them dry overnight and them you are ready to use them.
JOANN HACKS:
- Always caution on spraying too heavy of a coat of paint. It is easier to spray another coat than needing to sand off any runs in the paint.
