This project makes 3 paper crackers that are 5" tall. You can customize your project size by clicking customize button in the bottom right of the project screen. Hit Make It to make the project as is. You can also choose your own color iron-on.
Add your patterned paper to the mat. The color of the canvas mat matches the color of paper put on it.
Change machine setting to Cardstock to cut.
Follow the prompts in Design Space to cut the images from cardstock.
When the green Cricut® light flashes, press to start.
Layer and adhere heart and love images.
Roll white cardstock rectangles into tubes, overlapping ends slightly and adhering with hot glue.
For each cracker, adhere a patterned paper strip, wrong sides together, to each end of the tissue paper rectangle.
Use tape to adhere a white cardstock tube to the center of the tissue paper rectangle.
Roll the tissue paper around the tube and secure with tape.
Use hot glue to adhere the ends of the patterned paper pieces creating small tubes at each end of the cracker.
Twist the tissue paper in the space between the patterned paper tube and the white cardstock tube on one end of the cracker and tie with string.
Fill the cracker.
Twist and tie the other end of the cracker.
Wrap the remaining patterned paper strip around the center of the cracker and adhere.
Adhere seal to the band.
Repeat for the other crackers.
