- Rit® All Purpose Liquid Dye, Tan
- Heat Transfer Vinyl, Navy, Green or Color of Choice
- Cricut® Heat Press
- Weeding Tool
- Measuring Tape
- 12" x 12" Circuit® Mat Standard
DIRECTIONS:
- Fill a large stock pot or basin with very hot water, enough to cover the sweatshirt. Add 1 teaspoon of tan all-purpose dye, stirring into the water.
- Add damp sweatshirt to dye bath. Keep submerged in the dye for 5 minutes, keep the sweatshirt moving.
- Once desired color has been achieved, drain the dye bath and rinse the sweatshirt under cool water under it runs clear.
- Wash and dry the sweatshirt.
- Open design space and insert the Varsity Letters SVG.
- Delete unwanted letters. If using 2 colors for the letter, adjust colors in design space.
- Adjust the scale of the letter to fit the sweatshirt as desired.
- Cut the letter with the cricut, be sure to mirror image and place shine side of vinyl down on the mat.
- Weed excess vinyl.
- Set heat press to 315 degree for 30 seconds for poly/cotton blend sweatshirt.
- Press vinyl to sweatshirt and gently peel up while it's still semi warm.
