Perfect lace for Halloween gifts

Very helpful
I ordered this online for store pickup. Much more efficient than driving over to see whether there was any wide heavier-weight black lace available. So many clothes use lace now that this was perfect for changing cap sleeves into short sleeves. I loved the top, but felt very self-conscious about where it ended on my arms. Problem solved.
