This kit includes a 950 degree Fahrenheit or 510 degree Celsius wood burning pen with a universal point pen stand, a country round basswood rectangle plaque, eight patterns including two alphabet and number patterns, transfer paper and an instruction sheet. Wood burning or pyrography is an established craft form that is enjoying renewed interest as crafters and hobbyists combine old techniques with new materials.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice Kit I bought this kit for my son last year and he loves it, I had a wood burning kit when I was a teenager and Ioved it, The difference is now in the quality of the wood (much better now) and the designs are no longer printed on the wood but has a pattern book..The patterns are really nice and it gives you the choice as to what to burn as opposed to having it printed out for you and not having the choice. I also love the smell of the wood burning
