For chest piece, cut (1) template C from faux fur and (1) template B from felt. Place felt piece B on top of fur piece C, matching center neckline. Cut (1) 60" long piece of fleece binding. Find center of binding and match to center neckline. Tuck fur and felt pieces between folds of bias tape and pin in place along entire top edge of chest piece. Hand stitch entire length of binding, creating ties with a finished edge on either side of the chest piece.
For ears/headband, cut (2) and (2REV) template A from faux fur. Trim away fur from 1/4" seam allowance all the way around each earpiece. With right sides together, pin 2 earpieces together, tucking fur in and away from seam allowance. Hand stitch around sides of earpiece, leaving the bottom open to turn. Turn right side out and whip stitch bottom edge closed. Trim fur away from inside ear front, leaving approximately 1/4" length. Repeat process for second ear. Whip stitch ears to headband, approximately 4 inches apart. Use a bead of hot glue on the underside of headband to keep ears in place. Cut 1" x 4" strip of fur and hot glue in place between ears around the headband.
For wrist and leg cuffs, cut (2) pieces of faux fur 3" x 6" and (2) pieces 4" x 8" with the direction of the fur running parallel to the short dimension (these dimensions can be adjusted by measuring the circumference of the arms and legs of the child wearing the costume). Cut (2) 3" pieces of hook and loop tape and (2) 4" pieces of hook and loop tape. Whip stitch hook and loop tape to the corresponding edges of cuffs.
