Good product-less than perfect condition
I was highly disappointed in the condition these two pans arrived in. One of them had a dent the size of a quarter at one end of the baking surface. The other had scratches on half the baking surface. I order online to avoid going to stores so I figured I would just keep them and see how well they worked. The cookies came out very good. Baked better than the darker pans. They wash up nice too.

Wish I had a jelly roll recipe for this pan
I have two of these, but all the jelly roll recipes I find are for 10 by 15 pans. Wish I could find recipes for this size, especially a basic yellow sponge jelly roll. It's fine for cookies, but of little use for jelly roll without recipes.
