The pan works great just as I thought it would. It was damaged when I received it in the mail, and there is a replacement being shipped soon. excellent mini loaf pan
works perfectly and allows us to produce our small loaves efficiently. this pan is designed for use in commercial gas ovens in my opinion. we have also used it successfully in a consumer electric oven where care and pan rotation were required to avoid uneven baking. if you need to bake many small loaves at once, this is your pan, priced reasonably, thanks Wilton.

I have this finish on the minimuffin style. Worked fine the first time. I cleaned per instructions. Second time I used it......burned black on the bottoms and sides and totally stuck. I love the copper finish pans however. Will hope to find the minimuffin pan in that finish someday.

Not "non stick"
I was disappointed in the "non stick" feature of this pan. The bread definitely stuck. Next time I will use spray oil. The size is good but you must nearly fill the cavity in order to get a good shaped loaf. It is a large pan so make sure your oven is big enough before purchasing.
