Rated 4 out of 5 by from Observation from A Holiday Baker I've trusted and used the Wilton brand for years. I've had this style/size of Jelly Roll & Cookie Pan for over 20yrs with never a problem. Imagine my surprise when my order for some new Jelly Roll & Cookie Pans arrived today, and I discovered the weight of the new pans was definitely lighter, and the EXTERIOR dimensions 10.5in x 15.5in. My 20yr old Wilton Jelly Roll & Cookie Pan is slightly heavier in weight and its INTERIOR dimensions are 10.5in x 15.5in. A good quarter-inch difference in both the length and width. I'm keeping these new pans - they do nest quite nicely inside my older one - but I'll need to keep aware that some of my oldest holiday season cake recipes may over-fill them.

The customer service representative was so helpful. She assured me I would receive the replacemen in time. The pan arrived when she promised.
