Cute Cake
These pans make an adorable stacked cake. I made it with varied colors in an ombre like shade of red with the darkest on the bottom. I used Wilton no taste red gel color for the batter. It tasted as good as it looked.

Great little pans
I bought these for my daughter who bakes cakes for a living.. I wanted a really small cake and the smallest pan she had was 6".. I found these and I couldn't resist. Since she only needed two, I was able to keep two for myself. Now when I want to make just enough cake for my husband and me without having a lot of left over cake.. I will be set.

4 inch pans
I was disappointed with these pans. They do not have perfectly straight sides. They have a slight taper widening at the top. I have managed with them but am on the lookout for straight sides on my 4 inch pans for mini cakes.

Having a baking co. I hav
Having a baking co. I have used these pans for sweet rolls and pies for years. My last b atch of pans lasted 2 yrs before the finish started wearing off and rust was coming thru. Bought 60 new ones last fall and found that already the finish is starting to wear off. I treat these with kid gloves--no dish washer, hand wash only with soft sponge and air dry only-I even skip the sanitizer thinking that's what is making them start losing the finish already. Called Wilton and they suggest using parchment paper-but would not stand behind them. They are also starting to lose theoutside finish -probably from being stacked together. No other way to store them though! Don't know why these aren't lasting as long as my older ones and wish I could get an answer from Wilton. Very discouraged with these but need them. This will be an ongoing expense for my small company from now on, I'm guessing!
