Disappointing Purchase
I always use Wilton covered pans and replace every few years when they get scratched and rusty. This time I got the Perfect Results pan instead of the cheaper Recipe Right pan. Big mistake! The darker metal throws off the cooking times and makes the edges over done by the time the middle cooks through. I've had to adjust the oven temperature down to compensate. Also, the lid won't stay on, it always pops up at one corner. I can't store anything in the pan or use it to transport my baked goods.

This product is great. Easy to store. Keeps everything fresh and I all I need is a bit of soap and water to clean. I use it to transport my mini cupcakes. I can fit all 48 in it. Perfect.

I'm very satisfied with this pan. Performs as expected. No sticking problem, good weight. Only problem was it took longer to arrive than was predicted.

Unfortunately no replacement lids!!
A great pan, but after contacting Wilton discovered that they do not sell replacement lids. We have a broken lid, but the pan is still in mint condition.
