Great Pan
The pan worked well for baking the Chester pudding I made. It did bake evenly as it says it is supposed to do. Only problem the ridges are hard to clean but over all it is a great pan.

Excited to use it!
I’m really excited to use this new tart pan! The bottom comes out and I’ve never used one like that before. I was a little disappointed that it’s so sticky where the bottoms contact though. I tried cleaning it and it’s still sticky. Hopefully it’s ok when I bake with it???

Buy the pan!
This pan made it so easy for me to make my first tart. I did have a little problem getting the two pieces apart to get the tart out, but it was heavily greased with coconut oil and then refrigerated. It’s not the pans fault. I definitely recommend it.

Perfect tart pan
Great tart pan for making my apricot tart. The bottom separates from the sides which makes it easy to remove the tart, maybe a little too easy. The metal has a very slick non-stick coating so once I lifted the bottom off the sides, the tart slid off the base and slid right onto the stove.
