Item is a Winsor & Newton Cleaner, but what was sent is not Cleaner and Restorer. If you order, be aware, it will likely be just Cleaner. It will NOT be Cleaner and Restorer.

The packaging was damp. Bottle leaked badly.
Arrived a big mess. I don’t have picture. I tried to clean my paint brushes. Worked only marginal but the worse problem was the odor or vapor emitted made me nauseous. It’s supposed to be safe to use. Very unsatisfactory. Bought this product on the recommendation of my art teacher. So disappointed.

A cleaner and restorer that works.
I purchased this for my acrylic brushes,, that I use to paint rocks...they really get beat up with the rough rocks... this seemed to bring them back and soften them up again, and I was able to reshape them back....
