Just buy it already.
Feels great, looks great, sews great. That said, you’ll need a walking foot. I do recommend doing your seams right-side in, facing the right side of your other fabric, as much as possible. Otherwise, use some paper to keep the fabric from sticking to your machine. Takes a while to dry, but that’s also partially because I hang-dry all fabrics with this sort of water-resistant outer coating so as to maintain the look.

I like every materials I buy in Joann, the only thing is sometimes a little expensive, because l buy many yard's on any material.
Sometimes too the costumer service is poor the way they TREAT people more expecialy the one in seven Conners. To go there and spent almost $200 plus l think treatment has or need to be fair. Tks

Excellent Leather-like Feel
I needed this to make a covering for the padding to go on a pair of gaming headphones. This fabric looks and feels like a high-end, buttery leather. It feels Awesome! And it worked perfectly for my project. I’ll Definitely buy the next time I’m looking for a fabric that’s moves better and costs less than a super smooth leather. It really is Gorgeous.
