Helpful Information

• If you paid by credit or debit card, you will see a temporary authorization hold on your account for the full amount of your purchase.


• Once your product(s) ship and/or is picked-up, your credit card will be charged and the hold will be removed, the exact timeframe for the removal is determined by your card's issuing bank.


• Your order may ship in multiple shipments, your credit card will be charged for the product(s) that ship so you will see multiple credit card charges. The original authorization hold will remain until all shipments have been completed.


• We are unable to make changes or cancel your order once it has been placed. If you want to change or add to your order, please place a separate order for any item not in your original order. If you don't pick up your order, it will be canceled on the 5th day and the authorization on your card will be removed, there's no need to call or email.


• All Sales are Final.
