Terrible customer service, excellent product.
Amazing product, however I ordered 3 spools of thread and only received 2. I contacted customer service 2 times and haven’t received a single response from them about my missing thread. I don’t have a lot of money so it’s pretty annoying to not receive a response. Also I’ve been waiting on this thread to start my winter skirt. Now I can’t even start it unless I order another spool. Absolutely appalling

weak thread
thread rips very easily, 30wt silk thread is usually very strong, this one is much thinner than other brands, I can't recommend paying full price for this thread

Lacks luster
I hoped the silk thread would be strong as well as have a luster Characteristic of silk but it is noticeably dull compared even to cotton embroidery thread.

Preferred Basting Thread
This silk thread slips right through fabric and is my choice for
basting even before I read that tip in Threads magazine.
It's a choice thread for embroidery and decorative top stitching.
I've also used it in my Elna sewing machine on occasion, although
it's prone to snag in the machine. The thread isn't as stiff as polyester
thread, which means it's more likely to develop a little kink or bend in
the thread. Threading the needle is also a little harder due to it being
a natural fiber thread.

QV scarf
Made a replica Queen Victoria scarf for a friends Boer War collection. Had to be made with pure wool and have her initials using pure silk. Only place to buy these items was from Joann's. So thank you for making it possible
