Picking up experience — Tape Measure Order
This was the first time that I used this online service. Once I arrived at the store, I had to wait in line which I expected. Then the customer service rep had a problem finding my two little orders. Then once she did find it, it was under my first name not my last name. Then I happened to double check the order before leaving and the customer service rep did not even say a word: my order was incomplete. It’s a good thing I looked because she certainly wasn’t capable of looking apparently. Then she said to me that they must not have found the full order. I said what’s going to happen am I gonna be credited? What’s gonna happen here? She then stated”oh, it will take a little bit maybe 2 to 3 days before it shows up.”
Needless to say, I felt it was very unprofessional the way they handled this small, small small order. Will be using that again. I will rely on my shelf next time.

More than meets the eye
I was concerned, when I ordered this tape measure, that it did not include any metric measurements (none shown in photos or listed in the description). As it turns out, I was pleasantly surprised when the tape measure arrived and there were both US and Metric measurement markings on the reverse side! There was also extra tape at the end for accurate measurement of the full length of the tape. I'm very pleased with the tape.
