Perfect for my needs and easy tho hang!
I bought 2 of these to hang both of my daughters competition leotards (as they are no longer able to physically do gymnastics due to health conditions.) The shadow boxes are perfect for what I need. Lobe that they are hinged and very easy to hang on the wall. Only thing I wish was different was I wish you got more than 6 tiny pins. And at the time I write this Joanns doesn't have the tiny pins in stock. So I need to do some touch ups when I can get some. I bought them on sale when they were $29. (At $50 each now I would never be able to afford 2 boxes plus they a just not worth that much.

well made, good seams
well made for the price. Seams are nice and tight. The only part I don't like is the staples in the back that hold the backing to the frame. You have to take them out to put things in the frame and it is hard to put them back. I managed but would like something more user friendly. But their price is stellar.

Nice quality frame
I typically buy the 3 packs of black 8x8 shadowboxes from Michaels, but the quality of them has been TERRIBLE for a while, so i picked one of these up. It was more expensive than the ones i normally get at Michaels, but the frame itself is really nice quality. My only complaint/criticism is that the pieces that hold on the back are the little metal tabs that you bend up and down. The ones from Michaels have the swing away hinged tabs, which i think are easier and more durable. But the frame itself is beautiful, and that's the most important thing.
