- ONLY FOR OttLite 13W LAMPS: This replacement lightbulb is designed to fit only into 13W OttLite lamps with electronic ballasts. Please ensure that this is the exact bulb needed for your specific lamp.

- What year did you buy your lamp? If it was after January 2008, please continue with the list below. If you purchased it earlier than January 2008, your lamp may be compatible with the OttLite 13w Tube Type
- Look at your existing bulb. You may find the following model numbers marked on the base of the bulb: SKU's: T1333E, Z17113, 7T13CH-CE, B413SP, 7T13CH-SE, T59J33, ZRS113-CA, T13WLE, PL13-E
- The 13W replacement tube is approximately 7 inches long. Measure your shade and/or bulb you are replacing to check the length. If it is longer than 7 inches, you will need a different bulb
