International Returns Policy

Returns with a smile are super easy! You can return any JOANN purchase any time with no hassle. 


Please note, at this time, JOANN is unable to offer order replacements or exchanges for international orders.   


Visit our online Returns portal to get started and follow these simple steps to complete your return: 


  1. 1. Go to the ESW Returns Portal and the item(s) you wish to return. You will need your order number and email address 

  2. 2. Package your return item(s). Print your return label and affix to the outside of your package.  

  3. 3. Return your item(s) using the carrier or your choice. The return address will be provided in the Returns Portal 


You are responsible for return shipping costs. Return shipping costs vary by location. We recommend checking with local carriers regarding return shipping options. 


Please allow up to 30 days for your return to be received and processed. We will send you an email when your package arrives at our Return Center for verification and refund processing. Exchanges are not possible at this time. Instead, you can return the unwanted item(s) and order new items separately.

We’re happy to replace or refund your customized order if it arrives flawed or damaged. If this happens, please contact us and include your order number along with a photo of the issue for quick processing.
