Artists can blend and apply the dry color like fluid paint, the pastels are low dust and are highly pigmented for rich and pure colors. This 8.5x12x1.75 inch inch package contains seven PanPastel colors, one palette tray & cover, one Sofft painting knife, two Sofft kinfe covers, one Sofft sponge bar, and one Sofft angle slice sponge.
