Falls short (literally)
I had purchased one previously and am again in search of another larger size to accommodate all sizes of my clientele. But so far, from personal experience (and as with the reading the other reviews I am not alone)... the height adjusters literally fail under the weight of the garments I am making. A simple velvet cape with satin lining, cotton dress with ruffled hemline and cotton lining... or blouse and gathered skirt are all enough weight in themselves to do it alone (no hoop skirts or pettiskirt added weight required to cause them to fail).
The body adjusters also turn a bit rough and start to fail if used too frequently (in this case means after the first handful of times) ... and the form starts to reshape itself oddly.
I caught them on sale ... but I didn't expect to have to constantly re-work them before using them a dozen times. Once the hardware was changed out to metal ones... a drill hole through the pole base added (in a few spots on the pole to allow adjustable height by pin).. it makes for a better usable product. Exact body types will always be achieved with some added padding and tweaks though (no form seems to be perfect adjustment wise for body shapes/types).... but the basic structure of the form could be slightly better with just some basic hardware mods. So a 3 or 3.5 stars as it is usable after a fashion and isn't a waste to buy... but I would go for the sale and use the discount coupon times to purchase it.

Deluxe form sale priced
I was amazed that it finally went on sale at a price i could afford. The dressform was very easy to put together and set up to the measurements i needed. You need to make sure to adjust all the dials, waist has 4, for correct measurements. The form itself is study and also has a pants option for the stand if you need to check the fitting of pants.
