Gray color is easier on the eyes for cutting fabric

Good Idea in Theory
I like the size of the mat and it does cut my fabric. The folding feature is a good idea in theory. The problem is when you cut your fabric and cut over the squiggly lines (where you fold the mat) chunks of the mat fall off. I like the fiskars brand and I still plan on buying their products, I was just a little disappointed in this mat.
