Love all of the brushed cottons!I have purchased many of the brushed cotton colors and patterns - they're all so good! The weight is substantial, thicker than flannel, and it has such a nice feel to the weave. For this green color, I made a bunch of Hobbit cloaks and also paired it with a festive pinecone printed cotton for a Christmas dress. I'll definitely keep buying more!

Year Round ColorI love this color, it's more of an "Emerald", which was hard for me to locate and perfect for what I was looking for. It's a popular color for decorating and I used it for covering decorate pillows.

Not the same color, but still goodThe weave on this is a bit more unstable than I was expecting for a “shirting” and the green is very vibrant, not like the photos at all. But, the brushed texture is nice and it’s a good lighter weight.

Living in the middle ages! This fabric is wonderful! It looks like wool but it's wonderfully soft cotton. And it's perfect for a cotehardie, a mid to late 14th-century fitted dress that buttons up the front. I'm looking forward to making it and wearing it to our history group's events this winter.
