Arrived broken
It arrived broken and not even wrapped in the box. I’m very disappointed lately. Numerous pegs were broken and no bubble wrap for protection in the box.
Joann fabrics when I order things online or order online to pick up.
The other day I had to shop for and pick up my own order because it wasn’t filled. I had ordered it early in the morning and went later in the evening. It still was not filled.

Poorly constructed
This was assembled badly. The staples were on different faces of the wood shelf, so it was destined to break. The legs also don't lock into place so it falls over easily. The wood itself and design plan are nicely spaced.

Perfect
Arrived in good condition. Use a picture hanging wire attached to the back and hang like a painting. Works great! I put a loaded bobbin on the same peg then the corresponding thread. wotks great.

I can't use it because the pegs are too thick for my bobbins
I'm pleased with the appearance and quality--but totally bummed because while it fits my spools of thread, it doesn't fit my Janome/Necchi bobbins. The holes in the bobbins are smaller than the spools and the pegs are too thick to fit through them. I wanted to store the spools and bobbins together, so I'm back to the drawing board. I'll also note that there is no hardware for hanging on the wall, though that would be easy to attach.

Good idea, poorly executed
I have had 2 of these and they are junk. Very poorly crafted, the little chintzy staples come apart so easily.

Can use on wall too!
I mounted this rack to the wall using a Velcro-like adhesive for that purpose. I have quilting thread that has a larger base on it, but it will not hold those on every peg, so I put the bobbins or regular spools on every-other one.
