I was reading reviews and came across another customer who received her 16.5 Creative Options System, missing the latch. I find this very strange since my packing box also appeared to have been cut down the corner, except mine wasn't taped shut. I was given a refund from Joann which is great except I can't lift the box with handle. Would love to know where to get a latch for it.

Box received was cut open and resealed with clear packing tape. One item inside box (creative options 16.5” rack system with 4 utility boxes) missing lid latch. Unable to close and latch top.

Amazing!
I’m so happy I browsed the sale before checking out. This box is amazing!! I sew every once in awhile so I had all my tools in different containers in different rooms. This was obviously inefficient. Besides my big rulers, cutting mats, etc. everything is now in one location! It is heavy, but that’s to be expected. I do wish the bigger section also had a lock. My toddler likes to run off with the sewing machine pedal so I’m happy it fits in here. I also have the storage compartment from my sewing machine in here because in order to attach the table, it has to be off anyways. The divider box, I’m currently done with, but I’m sure I’ll get more items eventually. I do like that the larger section has shelf holders for the containers. I couldn’t see that from the pictures and wasn’t loving the idea of having to take two out to get to the bottom one, but you don’t. I have mine arranged from lightest to heaviest just because that’s what makes me comfortable.

Okay for Jewelry
I bought this to organize my jewelry making supplies. I was disappointed that only the small top tray is truly divided, the next one has 3 long thin compartments, and the other one has none. I did get most of my things into this all in one place, but it's not really what I expected.

Perfect for hobby sewing/quilters
This is exactly what I've needed to organize my sewing & quilting supplies! I'm only a beginner/novice, but I've acquired tons of essentials already: threads, bobbins, sewing machine feet, all sorts of pins, patterns, scissors, various notions, etc... You get the picture. Between the wide open top compartment and the spacious compartments inside I can fit everything but my fabric in one place. Happy camper here! Totally recommend!

Handy for all crafters
I am very happy with the quality of this case. I'm a novice jeweler and it is perfect for my beads and wire. I'm very picky with my purchases and I can truly say that this is a solid product. It's heavy duty. All of the compartments are spacious. I love how my supplies are neatly organized. The latches are strong and don't pop open on their own. Although I'm not a fan of pink, I recommend this case.
