They are constructed of steel and plastic and measure 5x3x1-3/8 inches. This package contains Circle. Approximate size of punched piece is 2-1/2 inches. I have been replacing my previous punches when I can with these because they will punch a clean image thru just about any weight paper to heavy cardstock. I also LOVE the fact that they collapse flat for storage...a huge plus to help keep my studio organized!
