No blades!!!!
I ordered 11/26 and still waiting on the rotary blades. I've sent 2 messages to customer service and nobody will respond. I'm waiting for a notice of shipment or a refund of my money.

Quality has gone down
I'm disappointed in these. The blades are dull and don't cut through fabric nicely. The worn-out old blade I replaced with these was better.

Blades are not sharp
These blades are unable to make more than 13 cuts through two layers of quilting cotton. Not worth the money.

Sometimes I forget how really sharp these are when i wait too long to replace them. They cut like through butter with very little pressure. By far my favorite rotary cutters!!

Olfa rotary cutter
Last week I bought a new Olfa 45mm rotary cutter and the blade bent right away.
I thought my older tool just needed to be replaced and the sales person suggested it.
The blades are lacking in the quality I have been used to.
