Defective and Jagged bladesUsed a handful of times and the metal bar that causes the blade to reopen just slipped and now it doesn’t stay in place and now I have to manually open it if I want to cut again. Also, the blades easily get chewed up cutting even half hard wire. Cheaply made and not worth your money.

JunkI wish I would have read the reviews before buying these, used them a couple of times on 24 gauge wire, they now look just like my crimping tool. Jagged and dull and won’t cut a thing, so disappointed

Blades already chewed upI'm fairly new to jewelry making and bought these after I was having difficulty getting my little travel size cutters (purchased as part of a cheapy multi-tool travel pack) and even a pair of Beadalon nippers to simply cut through multi-strand bead wire and eyepins. The packaging on these pliers indicated that they were for heavy jobs. Well, last night, after about an hour or two of just clipping eyepins, the blades on these clippers were so chewed up that I was having to exert quite a bit of effort to get them cut. I figured that simple eyepins would be an acceptable material to cut with these pliers but I guess not. Also, the spring action stopped working somewhere along the way. I can't return these now because they're not in sellable condition, but they certainly no longer cut neat edges. Back to the drawing board ...

Great Wire CuttersI've been using these to cut stainless steel 49 strand beading wire and after a couple of months they are still working. I purchased several other brands of wire cutters and they were dull after using them only a few times.

Broke too easilyI was using them to cut 20 guage perma colored copper wire and after about 48 hours of use one of the ends used for the actual cutting snapped right off. I loved it up until that point.

Don't buy theseI bought these to cut chainmaille links from 20g wire and after cutting about 100 rings (which if you do chainmaille is not many) they broke...one of the ends that does the cutting snapped right off
