very good product with limitations
it really holds thru multiple washings. easy to use. i sometimes like to seal the seams with this material before sewing. however note that if you tape a few seams and then want to sew them together, then make sure the seam is only two or three ply. if its more than that, the needle may have a hard time making it thru the fabric. this may vary from machine to machine and subject to needle rating.

Absolutely awful
Not even remotely machine washable (Or washable at all really)
comes completely off when exposed to water. (Cold water)
This has been the biggest waste of time, and you are better off going with another product.

Great for hemming!
I used this to hem a pair of blue jean capris and it worked so well. I followed the directions on the back of the package, with no problems. If you are having problems, maybe your iron is not hot enough or you are not using steam. I love this product, I did reinforce the hem by stitching on my machine, but it sure made hemming a quick & easy process.

So easy even a GUY can use it.
Though I can and do sew ( yes ladies, there are still some guys that can) I LOVE this stuff. It makes hemming very quick. I follow it up with a stitch,just because. I am not sure why other reviewers are having issues but it works great for me. I found that you HAVE to use steam ( be sure to use a cloth to cover your item so as not to burn it)...

Great results!
I've used this to adhere patches to martial arts uniforms, then did a quick hand-stitch around the edges. For me, it greatly shortened the time, and produced great results! I've also used it to hem dress pants for my son. The hem came out looking great. I am coming back for more, to make sure I don't run out of this stuff.
