Goes through batteries too fast
Purchased for a small project. Managed to go through 6 batteries in two hours of usage. Delayed project t time significantly. Best to purchase a plug-in one instead.

Hot fix battery operated gun
I purchased 3 of the battery operated hot fix guns to help speed up the process in making centerpieces which required some hot fix gems. After hot fixing about 35 gems the guns power light started blinking. Within minutes of the light blinking the batteries depleted and were super hot when I took them out to replace. (Each centerpiece required 42 gems.) When this happened, instead of three people working on 3 separate centerpieces we had two people working on them and one hot fix gun on reserve in case the other 2 guns gave out before completing the centerpiece. Instead of going out to keep buying batteries I'm going to invest in an electrical hot fix gun, hoping that will allow us to complete the project faster.
