I reached out to customer support for a replacement as it was scratched and they were super fast in sending a replacement but they didn’t even acknowledge my question about purchasing a stronger magnification. I have a table lamp which I love, but I can’t use with larger projects so I bought the floor lamp thinking I was getting the same magnification. I’d recommend if you don’t need much magnification.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Inflexible neck a Downer The bragging about the flexible neck of this lamp is not just exaggerated but a half truth. The neck itself does adjust height but the hard plastic casing cracks in multiple places with every touch exposing the inner side. This may be dangerous but it certainly is unsightly. Why not use a different material for the casing, softer and truly flexible for this moving piece?

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great light but too short for a floor lamp This light is bright and the magnifying glass is really nice for people losing their close vision like me. However this does not work well behind my machine. The lamp is very short and the arms are short. I can’t get the light over my machine where I would like it. It casts a shadow where I actually need the light the most. The magnifying glass will also not reach my work area. However the quality is good if you can make it work for your work area.
