Shiny cording
A little thinner than i expected but i had enough to double it up and use it. The poly cord is slick and shiny, if that isn't the look you're going for do not choose this item.

good for anything but shades
I made 9 roman shades. The first 6 I used 'Warm Window' shade cord, and that cord is wearing well, even after 3 years of daily raising and lowering. It seemed to make more sense to buy in bulk, as I was planning to make shades for all of my drafty windows. I used Wright's cord for the last 3, and it started shredding after one month of use. After the cord starts shredding, it stretches and I now have cords of different lengths looping from the pull. I will now have to restring these with 'Warm Window's' cord, as the quality is much better.
