Cannot get thread through eye.
I bought this a month ago and am SO disappointed. The eyes are not machined correctly. Many of the needles have eyes that are not open enough to get regular all purpose thread through. They were made too narrow.

They won't rust like dollar store needles!
With 7 kids & a very tight budget i need to make every penny squeal for mercy, so finding this assortment pack was GREAT! Needles from the dollar store rust & tear stuff. Invest in these and they will last a lifetime! Instead of improvising with just embroidery needles (bigger eye fits more than just one thread), for about the same price here's a kit with the right tool for the right job, for a change! Includes: embroidery, darning, upholstery (for big/heavy stuff like shoes or purses or tents), and GASP! sewing needles! If you do a lot of hand sewing, this assortment can't be beat!
