Great Food Coloring Set
I remember my mother using Wilton icing colors when she took cake decorating lessons back in the 70's. So, of course I am going to purchase this brand to make all my decorative baked goods and we also use it at our house for dyeing craft projects. The 8 colors in this set are a perfect mix of colors.

not enough choices

Easter egg coloring
I used my gel colors to dye our Easter eggs this year instead of buying the kits from PAAS. While I only have the 4 color set (brown, sky blue,lemon yellow and Christmas Red), the colors were very bright and vibrant. Even when I mixed colors to get new ones. The kids loved the purple and yellow. Red came out as speckled on eggs ( not complaining ) Only color I had issue with was Peach. ( separate bottle) It came out pink. Not as bright as the pink I had but close. I am no means a pro baker, but have been at it a very long time. I will never use any other brand for colors.
