Perfect
I love these edible silver stars. I use them on cocktails and on deviled eggs. They dress up a pisco sour beautifully. And with these on the whites and a little gold leaf on the yolks, they make the fanciest deviled eggs, perfect for new year's or any fancy celebration with gold and silver theme. I'll bring them out for 4th of July deviled eggs, too!
I work with them by using a toothpick that I very slightly moisten, dip in water and wipe off with a damp towel so it's really barely wet, then I can pick out just a few stars and more carefully place them - often using a second toothpick. Might actually try using a tweezer too for extra precision but so far the toothpick has been working fine, I don't have trouble with them sticking together as another reviewer mentioned. They are undetectable when drinking or eating. They just look pretty.

What you expect
Bought this for galaxy cupcakes and they were perfect. Added the right amount of sparkle. Dissolved quickly when eating them but lasted days on top of the frosting.

Used this item to add stars to my Galaxy Bark for the eclipse. Was a hit with our group. Also used the pearl powder. Will make this again at Christmas using red and green candy drops.

I purchased the Gold Hear
I purchased the Gold Hearts Edible Accents to sprinkle on the top tier of cake for a client's Golden Wedding Anniversary. The night before my client came for her cake pick up I sprinkled these lovely hearts on her top tier. The next morning they had melted and looked like mustard blotches all over my beautiful top tier. I was able to clear it up before she came and re ice her cake with success. Has anyone else had this problem??? Merry Baking Everyone!
