A Paper Crafter's Dream Product!
This is my very first Pink Paislee product of any type, & since it was only available online, it was a leap of faith type purchase. I'm incredibly happy I gave it a chance -- this brand has officially won a place on my "Favorites" list with just one little 6x6 powerhouse of paper awesomness! For those who are also new to the brand: the quality of the paper itself is exceptional, it & would be suitable for multiple crafting projects (scrapbooking, card making, mixed media, collage, etc.) as well as variable skill levels. Made of a sturdy smooth cardstock, each page features a single-sided print with nicely saturated colors in a matte finish. The top of the pages are perforated for easy removal from the pad, which also means you get an uninterrupted design as the display hole is on the hang tag portion of the page (in many cheaper pads, the hole is punched right in the middle of your page, so you have to either waste paper trimming it off, or incorporate the hole into your work, both of which are annoying). The prints are well-designed & endlessly versatile -- this is the kind of paper pad that inspires you to create beyond your initial project idea! For those interested in die cutting, I was able to make clean die cuts in just one pass with my Sizzix Big Shot Plus. I LOVE that this pad is a single-sided print; you get quite a lot of usable paper this way, esp. for the price, compared to similar double-sided print pads. In short, "Moonstruck" is the kind of product crafters love: a quality versatile product that is fun & inspiring!
