Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love these pens I really do love these pens- do they puff not exactly but write slow and it does leave a raised print. I also use these to color in outline stickers and writing Titles. I love these pens. give them a try- anyone thinking these were going to leave a massive raised up finish would be disappointed but these are great. Leaves a very professional finish. A tad expensive- I used a 40% off coupon, made it a great value!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Buy the tiny 2-pen package and then decide They're NOT PUFFY, as everyone else said, but the color and flow are professional, so try the small package first and then decide, but don't buy them believing they'll puff..

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Souffle opaque ink pens these pens take a little patience they shoulrd have left the word puffy out of the title though. I enjoy using these pens and have bought them several times. they are better for fill in rather than to write with.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from No puffin' I have had trouble with these looking good, even on black paper. I have written slowly. I end up having to write over what I have written to be able to read it. I'm not sure what's up with these pens, but I'm sure not buying more. I think saying puffy on the packaging is very misleading.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from "Good, if you know what to expect." I agree that these do not write "puffy" like what you get from paints. However, if you write slowly, they do provide a 3-D look and it definately looks different than regular ink. In my opinion, i think using them makes your crafts look more "professional" because it looks like it was printed.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from NOT AT ALL "PUFFY" I to should have read the reviews. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Yeah, NOT so much Should have believed the reviews. These pens flow nicely and are opaque, but NOT PUFFY! I didn't expect that a ball point delivery system would offer a lot of dimension, but 'some' would have been good. These are going back to the store--I already have plenty of pens with opaque ink.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nope, not puffy No they are not puffy, not at all. However, I like them anyway, they dry with a nice matte finish, kind of similar to chalk. The light colors work well on dark paper. If you buy these, don't expect them to "puff." They won't.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not exactly "puffy" I was disappointed in these pens. From the description, I expected them to be puffy like Liquid Applique, or like a piece of thin plastic yarn. They give the color a matte finish but if I didn't know they were supposed to rise above the paper's surface, I would never guess it. I tried writing very slowly to get more ink out, but the writing was still pretty flat. Puffy is not the word I would use at all.
