I love Sulky
I love the whole line of Sulky stabilizers! This one is a wonderful new addition for me. It's a little heavier like a thick construction paper. This helps me flimsy projects stay true and firm under the embroidery hoop, but still washable, so after one round of washig....poof, it's gone!

Sulky water soluble stabilizer medium weight
I bought this to do in the hoop coasters. It worked great. I has tried the light weight water soluble stabilizer and it would tear in the hoop during the satin stitches. This medium weight water soluble stabilizer worker perfect. It held together in the hoop during satin stitches and disappeared with water revealing a beautiful edge coaster without and stabilizer hanging on the edges.

Good for free standing lace embroidery
I used this for making free standing lace Christmas ornaments on my embroidery machine. It worked fine on most designs. For designs with very high or dense stitch count, I simply misted with water one l layer and placed another on top and pressed them them together with my hand, which made it stronger. I used a sharp needle and it worked like a charm.

I normally use Floriani WSS and decided to try this. I found it quite difficult to wash the stabilizer out! Too sticky for me. Won't use again... Will go back to Floriani... it works better.

i just used this product for the first time to make my own lacework. it turned out so well i want a roll to make delicate scarves and fronts for fancy pillows. it is great with a spray adhesive to hold all the fibers i use. it disolves easily in the sink. i can't wait to get some more and keep on making beautiful creations. love love love it.
