The soft synthetic bristles are perfect for adding Wilton Color Dust or Wilton Pearl Dust to your fondant, gum paste or royal icing to give them added dimension, shine and shimmer. This set comes with 2 brushes: a large brush to cover large cakes and one small brush to dust small flowers and make finer details.

Good little frosting brush
The small brush is a SUPER EASY way to flood a cookie! Used a thicker icing to pipe an outline, then thinned it a bit, used the brush to transfer globs of icing to the cookie and spread it around. The frosting looks perfectly smooth and even. I haven’t tried the large brush yet.
