Careful
Be careful how you pop the glass out to place your image inside. Press from the corner. Pressing closer to the middle of an edge will break the glass.

Slim profile, easy to use.
Slim profile, exactly what I wanted. If using the glass to cut your print to size, cut a little smaller. Can't comment on the sturdiness of the stand, since mine are hanging, but the plastic does feel kind of flimsy for that. Glass is nice and thick, though the backing board is not. It needs about another 1/8" or so to fill the frame if you're not using mat board for borders.

Received some broken :(
I ordered 24 of these frames and received 6 of them broke. Unfortunately, my local store doesn't carry them in stock, so I had to return them and then order more online and wait for shipping again.

Glass breaks easy!
I followed the instructions that came with the frame and was extra careful popping the glass out and the corner cracked.. the glass will break with barely any pressure. I would not recommend this frame.

Corners may break easily
Frames arrived damaged, corners broken off, but usable. This seemed to be a combination of shipping issues, and general weakness of plastic corners. Reinforcement there could be useful. Still, worth it for the price, as they otherwise look fine.

Arrived flawed :-(
I was so excited to find these frames for two literary posters I bought for my classroom. Unfortunately, when they arrived at my house, both of them had little pieces of the frames themselves that had broken off (each frame had a little piece missing). I kept them and did my best to glue the missing pieces back on, but I don't think I'll be ordering from Joann.com again.

One frame came broken
I bought four of these frames and they are perfect for the bathroom pictures that I purchased. However, one of the frames was cracked when it arrived. Since they are so cheap, I did not call or request a refund, I simply ordered a new one. I'm hoping it comes in one piece.

I bought these four frames which are not common in stores, one was broken but I was glad to receive them. Due to shipping problems, very long delay. One could not be used cause it was broken. Thank you anyway!

Wish I knew these existed sooner
I stumbled upon these while I was looking for such an awkward sized frame no store seemed to carry in person, and I wish I knew about these sooner. They look amazing, they're easy to hang, and the front loading style is so much easier than any other frame I've ever had (Just remember to be gentle with the glass!) I love that the edge is so thin too, they're just what I was looking for. Absolutely perfect!

I found objection to prior frame received as it had a couple of chipped places on
bottom edge. Not noticeable much but, I certainly do hope frames are
checked closely for breaks before shipment now. I need this type/size of frame
so will order 2 more when told available. Hope for low price and no chips or
breaks. Thanks.
