How To Get It
The Dritz 0.75'' Non-Roll Elastic Black is perfect for use with light- to medium-weight fabrics. This pack contains black non-roll elastic which resists twisting and rolling and can be used to make waistbands. Simply insert it into casings or stitch directly on the reverse side of fabrics for best results. It is machine washable & dryable and also chlorine bleach-safe. Available in different sizes, each sold separately.

Great all purpose elastic. I used the elastic to thread through a casting on a waistband on a pair of shorts.
The waist on the shorts was too large and gapped, now it fits well and is comfortable.
