Cork board
These are great but a bit brittle. Be careful handling them. Once placed on a flat surface, I had no trouble with them crumbling.
They work amazing protecting our wall behind a dart board.

Product REEKS of smoke!
Be warned, these tiles are completely permeated with the smell of smoke. My best guess is that charring the cork with fire is what gives it that color. I bought six packs of these to create a mod-looking bulletin board across my wall, and I should have paid attention to the smell before I installed all of them. For the first few days, the smell of smoke was so intense that I couldn't be in the room for more than a few minutes. After a week of airing out the room every day, it still smells like a campfire.
In addition, the Smoked Cork is drier and more brittle than regular cork, which means more mess. I had crumbled bits of dark cork and smokey soot all over my hands, my carpet, my walls.
The color is nice, but not worth the mess and the stench.
