Good Quality for a Great Price but with very Slow.... Shipping
Gave it 5 stars for Good Quality for a Great Price. The only problem is shipping time. They shipped one at a time and the final shipment didn't occur until 3 weeks after my order date. In the meantime they discounted these products another 10%. I should have waited I suppose.

Not heavy duty
Likes - the size, stackable, handles lock the lid on. Dislikes - not heavy duty, a bit pricey even with 40% off, the wheels are more for stacking instead of rolling

The item I ordered was not the order I received. I ordered online and picked up in the store.
I ordered two of these tubs on December 31st, picked up January 2nd at the Conyers, GA store and the item numbers were clearly different. I called the store and spoke to the person who pulled the order and when I explained that I got the wrong order, she said that I cannot bring it back or exchange it because the computer will not allow them to pull the wrong order. She forgot that she was the human between the computer and the shelf. I called and spoke to the manager and was shocked! She became defensive and talked all over me and wouldn't let me ask a question. This is the worst customer service I have encountered and Joann went from a 10 to a zero..

Disappoined!
I bought this box hoping to store my 12x 12 scrapbook paper. The measurements listed on the product looked like it would work, but when I got it home, the paper didn't fit. The dimensions given were for the LID of the box, not at the bottom, and the height was measured with the rollers at the bottom, not just the height of the box itself. I was very disappointed and returned the box.
